Neon Impact Productions Limited (referred to as "we," "our," "us," or "Company") provides the following terms and conditions for all our services, including but not limited to sales, repairs, rentals, consultations, and design services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Services Overview
Neon Impact Productions Limited offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

Sales of audiovisual and event production equipment.
Repairs for audiovisual and related equipment.
Rentals of audiovisual, lighting, staging, and other event-related equipment.
Consultations for event planning, equipment installation, and production design.
Design Services for custom production setups.
All services are subject to availability and are provided based on the specifications agreed upon between the client and the Company.

2. Sales and Payments
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Payment for purchases is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, and all Major Credit Cards as valid forms of payment.
Any failure to pay in full may result in additional charges, including late fees and interest.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if payment terms are not met.

3. Rental Terms
All rental equipment remains the property of Neon Impact Productions Limited.
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, will be billed to the client.
Clients are responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of rented equipment during the rental period.
Rental periods and fees are outlined in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.
The client must notify us immediately if any issues arise with the rented equipment.

4. Repairs and Maintenance
We provide repair services for audiovisual and production equipment.
All repair work is guaranteed for 30 days from the completion of the service. This guarantee does not cover misuse or additional damage caused by the client.
Any equipment left with us for repair for more than 15 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees.

5. Consultations and Design Services
Our consultations and design services are provided based on the agreed scope of work and fees.
Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
We are not liable for any event production issues that arise outside the scope of our services.

6. Liability
Neon Impact Productions Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, equipment failure, or event disruptions.
We shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of improper use of equipment rented or purchased from us.
The maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or equipment in question.

7. Insurance
Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance for rented equipment and event liability during the use of our equipment and services.
We may request proof of insurance coverage prior to providing certain rental or event production services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations for rental, consultation, or design services must be made in writing 14 days prior to the event or service date to receive a refund.
Refunds for canceled sales or services are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled service or event.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
Any disputes arising under or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively in the provincial courts of Manitoba.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
